Regina Fields
A grounding facilitator who makes space for mindfulness and gentle transformation.
In love with the way yoga made her feel, Regina felt called to share the practice and its benefits with those around her. What began as a personal journey has grown into a heart-led path of guiding others back to themselves.
As a yoga teacher and wellness facilitator, Regina creates spaces where both children and adults can feel safe, grounded, and supported. She meets people where they are, offering practices rooted in mindfulness, gentle movement, and emotional awareness.
Her work is deeply personal. As someone who has navigated anxiety and sensitivity, yoga became a way for her to slow down, build trust within herself, and experience a greater sense of peace. Through Brave Baby Bird, she now shares these tools in a way that feels accessible, nurturing, and empowering.
Regina is passionate about helping individuals build healthier relationships with themselves, mind, body, and spirit. She is honored to hold space for meaningful moments of connection, growth, and healing.
