Kids Wellness Parties

Kids Wellness Parties are playful and grounding experiences designed to help children move, breathe, and connect with themselves in a fun and supportive environment. Each session blends yoga, mindfulness, and gentle relaxation to create meaningful moments kids (and parents) will remember.

Why This Matters

Many children aren’t taught how to slow down, regulate their emotions, or feel at home in their bodies. These sessions gently introduce those tools in a way that feels like play. The result is a space where kids can be themselves, build confidence, and experience moments of calm and connection.

Details

Kids Wellness Parties are perfect for birthdays, small gatherings, homeschool groups, and special occasions for children ages 5-12. Each session is 45–60 minutes and includes yoga, fun and mindful games and activities, with a calming wind-down at the end. Regina travels to you and will provide all necessary materials.

This offering was created from my own journey of learning how to manage anxiety, slow down, and feel safe in my body. It’s an honor to share these tools with children in a way that feels gentle, empowering, and accessible. Find out more by emailing bravebabybird@gmail.com.
