Private yoga sessions are a space to slow down, reconnect, and be supported exactly where you are. Each session is personalized to your needs, whether you’re looking to ground, release tension, or build a deeper connection with your body. Regina is here to support you no matter your age, background, or practice level.
Yoga has been a space where I learned to slow down, listen to myself, and feel more at home in my body. It’s an honor to share that space with others.
